I, Too, Like It When The Fish’s Mouth Opens To Spew Out Gifts At Me

There is even a little electrically-lighting-up man falling out of the fish’s mouth, next to the upside-down sailboat. Woooo-hooooo!

The poem:

Le joli poisson que voila

Vous apporte de belles choses

Des joujoux, des pralines roses

Et des bonbons de chocolat

The sender’s message (in such gorgeous handwriting!):
~ to Monsieur Guerin, Mortier menuisier at Sarthe ~

Bonne sante par resseux ne nous obliez par (?) le premier mai sa va admirablement de ce moment.

Why the little girl sitting in the sand looks so grim is beyond me!
